chi20190522上海光机所李青会557592Jade culture is one of the important symbols of Chinese traditional culture, Mussel and bone artifacts are also a very important kind of burial objects in ancient Chinese tombs, while gem/semi-gem beads is a typical representative of imported products that is the physical evidence of the communication between China and the west. The technological analysis of material properties and processing technology is an important content of ancient jade and gem researchs. In this paper, a variety of non-destructive analysis techniques, such us optical and spectroscopy, was used in the studies of ancient jade, clam, bone artifacts and gem beads. Not only material properties including chemical composition and structure but also the characteristics of micro-marks on surfaces are obtained in the paper. Combined with simulation experiment, relevant studies in the literature, archaeological evidence and the development level of social productivity at that time, the type of processing and the tools used were speculated. The relationship between the material properties of ancient jades and the processing technology was also discussed. The main contents of this dissertation are listed as the follows: (1) X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), Laser Raman spectroscopy (LRS) are used to analyze some jade, mussel and bone artifacts unearthed from cemeteries dated to Eastern Zhou Dynasty in Henan province. Gem beads which are dated to Iron Age and collected from Southeast Asia are also studied in this paper. Mineral property including chemical component, structure and mineral composition of inclusions of these samples is obtained systematically. (2) Using use-wear analysis, combined with silicone resin molding method and microscopy technology to acquire the micro-marks of making techniques of the ancient jade, mussel, bone and gem artifacts. According to the features of micro-marks, the processing techniques have been identified, especially for the incising decorations, perforations and grinding techniques. By comparing Ultra-depth of field optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the application of these two kinds of technologies used in research of microscopic morphological features of ancient jades and beads is also studied. (3) Based on feature informations of micro-marks, some typical characteristics such as the diameter of holes and the width of incising lines were quantitatively characterized. The processing technology and main production process of decoration and decoration are preliminarily determined. The types of tools used in the process of incising, drilling, polishing are obtained. (4) According to the results of material properties analysis, the relationship between material properties and processing technology of ancient jade and gem artifacts is simply discussed from the perspective of material science. The research of this paper is conducive to the application of microwear analysis in the field of jade and gem production technology, and is of great significance to promote the scientific analysis of ancient precious jade and the restoration of production technology.2019atalunwen2196138554Jade dated to Eastern Zhou Dynasty in Henan, Iron Age Gem Beads from Southeast Asia, Silicone resin molding, Material property, Processing technologyScientific Research of Materials and Technology of Ancient Jade and Gem Artifacts古代宝玉石器物材料属性及加工工艺的科学研究玉文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,骨器、蚌器也是中国古代墓葬中十 分重要的一类陪葬品,而宝石/半宝石珠饰则是舶来品的典型代表,是中西交流的 实物证据。古代宝玉石材料属性和加工工艺研究是科技考古领域重要研究内容之 一。本文利用多种光学与光谱学无损分析技术对河南出土周代玉器、蚌器、骨器 及东南亚地区宝石珠饰样品进行了科技分析,获取了其化学成分、物相结构及表 面加工微痕等相关信息,确定了其材料属性,结合现有模拟实验、文献及考古证 据和当时社会生产力发展水平,推测其采用的工艺种类和所使用的加工工具,并 探讨了样品材料属性与加工工艺之间的联系。本论文研究内容具体包含以下几个 方面: (1)综合能量色散型X 射线荧光光谱(XRF)、共焦显微激光拉曼光谱(LRS) 等多种光谱学无损分析技术,对河南出土东周玉器、蚌器、骨器及东南亚地区 铁器时代宝石样品的化学成分、物相结构及其包裹体矿物组成等进行科技分析, 获取了样品的材料属性信息。 (2)利用显微分析技术,结合硅胶覆膜技术,获取了古代玉器、蚌器、骨 器和宝石样品的制作工艺微痕信息,重点表征了玉器表面阴刻纹饰,以及珠饰 的钻孔、打磨抛光等微痕特征,对比研究了超景深光学显微技术和扫描电子显 微技术在古代玉器和珠饰显微形貌特征研究中应用。 (3)基于微痕特征信息,对阴刻线宽、钻孔孔径等典型特征进行了量化表 征,初步确定了玉器纹饰和珠饰的加工工艺及主要制作流程,获得了阴刻、钻 孔、打磨等古代玉器加工工艺和珠饰制作流程中所使用的加工工具类型。 (4)综合古代玉器和珠饰的材料属性及制作加工工艺,探讨了古代宝玉石 器物的材料属性与加工工艺之间的联系。 本论文重点研究了古代玉器和宝石珠饰制作加工工艺的微痕特征,对古代宝 玉石器物的科学分析,尤其是制作工艺的研究等具有一定的借鉴意义。河南东周玉器,东南亚铁器时代宝石珠饰,硅胶覆膜,材质属性,制作工艺中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所刘珺光学工程硕士
